and edited of its contents. When ready to order just view your cart and press the checkout button. You will then provide payment and shipping information and your order will be processed using your Credit Card or via PayPal. |
Print our order from HERE! Fill out the
form selecting your payment option from check, money order, or credit card. Mail the form to Carnage Industries PO Box 915, Corydon IN 47112. |

There is NO minimum order with Carnage Industries!
All items in stock will be shipped out the same or next day. Items on backorder that are expected to arrive in a couple of weeks or less will be shipped as soon as they arrive. If an item is on backorder for a longer period of time (or expected not to arrive before Halloween) we will contact you regarding the order. Large or heavy items may require shipping via freight line. These items will require additional shipping charges and the customer will be contacted for verification of these charges before the order is completed.
All items except those listed below can be returned if defective or unsatisfactory if cleared through the shop. YOU MUST Contact us within 72 hrs. after receiving the package to clear any return and receive a return authorization number. Products returned must be received within 2 weeks after delivery in original packaging, unused, and with receipt. Items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Buyer pays shipping both ways.
These items may NOT be returned:
Masks, Wigs, Hats, Makeup, Videos, DVDs, CDs, audio tapes, and books.
All returned items will be given store credit only! NO REFUNDS!
